Okay, sometimes life throws changes our way that we weren’t expecting, but these hiccups can also be helpful in their own ways. My own personal change is that I am no longer registered for my Design 101 class.
At first, I pondered what to do with my blog, but I will not be deterred! Instead of following the program that was originally intended, the blog will now be dedicated to a more personal pursuit of art and design.
In other words, expect to see more links to tutorials, interviews, inspiration, and art/design work that I create for my portfolio and friends.

One composition idea for the collage assignment.
Note: most of these pieces were created with for academic purposes only. Copyrights are still help by the original artists.
Some more Collage inspiration pieces. Still trying to find some fashion inspired brilliance that helps get these messages across:
- High Fashion - “look like a movie star”
- Business - “You will get that job and look incredible doing it”
- Trendy - “You won’t just fit in, you’ll start your own following”
- Casual - “Relax in style”
- Lingerie - “You are damn sexy”
The business that I will be using is Torrid, a clothing store that caters to plus size gals that still love to be fashionable.
Assignment #2 - Print Advertising Collage
These are some examples and inspiration pieces for our next project. This seems like a really fun project, and I’m really excited to get started.
This is my barista sign at LOTH. They told me to be creative, so I jumped at the chance.
